CEO/President

Family & Children’s Service of Niagara is seeking a full time CEO/President to provide leadership toward the achievement of the organization’s vision, mission, strategies, and goals. The successful candidate will have an innovative spirit and a commitment to and passion for the agency’s mission. A minimum of five years of senior leadership and fund development experience, financial acumen, strong communication skills, a track record of achieving organizational success, a collaborative work style and experience working with a Board of Directors are required. Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in the non-profit sector. Preferred educational background: Masters Degree in human services and/or a management-related discipline.

Family Assessment/Support Worker

Our Healthy Families program focuses on the period from pregnancy through a child’s fifth birthday. A Family Assessment/ Family Support Worker will develop a relationship with the family, help to identify areas of need, and work with the family on an on-going basis to coordinate support and work towards the family’s health and life goals. The philosophy of our Youth Services program is that all youth should be treated with respect and offered assistance in acquiring the necessary life skills to become confident, determined and capable individuals. Our staff supports this philosophy through our residential shelters and support services.

Passage House Domestic Violence Services

The Passage Program has been providing a broad range of domestic violence services for over thirty years.  We are committed to serving the whole family.  We provide a variety of services to victims and children, as well as educational groups for female partners who are abusive. 

We educate and empower victims of domestic violence and their children to improve their safety and their social and emotional well-being.
