ADULT CARE MANAGER
Adult Care Workers are skilled at coordinating the care that our clients need to maintain their health and life goals. Our ideal candidate for Adult Care Manager is someone who can identify resources, establish and coordinate plans of action, and be an advocate for our clients.
FAMILY ASSESSMENT / FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER
Our Healthy Families program focuses on the period from pregnancy through a child’s fifth birthday. A Family Assessment/ Family Support Worker will develop a relationship with the family, help to identify areas of need, and work with the family on an on-going basis to coordinate support and work towards the family’s health and life goals. Our ideal candidate for the role of Family Assessment / Family Support Worker is someone who can help to coordinate resources, is articulate, and someone who can establish an on-going relationship with client families.
RESIDENT CARE WORKER – TEAM LEADER, CASEY HOUSE
Care about the youth of our community? We have an opening for a Team Leader position at our youth shelter, Casey House. This second shift position includes four weeknight (1pm to 9pm) shifts and one daytime weekend shift (9am to 5pm). The Team Leader will be the lead staff member on the second shift, someone who other staff can look towards to for guidance and assistance. The ideal candidate is someone who can lead activities – like cooking lessons, educational outings, or group educational topics, for the youth staying at Casey House.

Survivors of domestic violence seek assistance at our Passage House shelter. The shelter provides a safe environment for parents, children, and those effected by abuse or violence. Our ideal candidate for Resident Care Worker at Passage House is someone who can help to create a safe environment for those staying in our care.
