Court Diversion specialists work with youth under 18 years old who have become involved in the criminal justice system due to an emotional or mental disorder. Court Diversion provides on-site assessment and linkage to needed and appropriate services with the focus on treatment. Court Based services are offered in youth courts across There is no cost to the consumer. Funding for Case Management services is provided through the New York State Office of Mental Health and the Niagara County Department of Mental Health. Medicaid is billed, if appropriate. |
